Home Hunter Houston provides this website to help you search for homes and connect with our licensed agents. Listing information comes from MLS and other sources and is deemed reliable but not guaranteed. Verify all details, including school assignments, square footage and taxes, independently.

Registered accounts (sold prices and listing history)

To see sold prices and other information available only to registered users, you agree that:

1. You are entering into a lawful consumer–broker relationship with Home Hunter Houston (the "Broker") for the purpose of using this site's property search.
2. All information you obtain from this site is for your personal, non-commercial use only.
3. You have a genuine (bona fide) interest in buying, selling or leasing real estate of the type shown on this site.
4. You will not copy, redistribute or retransmit any of the listing data, except in connection with your consideration of buying or selling an individual property.
5. You acknowledge that the multiple listing service (MLS) owns the listing database and holds a valid copyright in it.
6. The MLS and the Broker may access this site and your account information to verify compliance with these terms and with MLS rules.

We email you a copy of these terms when you register. You can close your account at any time from your account page or by contacting us.

Contacting you

We contact you about real estate only in the ways you choose. Automated texts, iMessages and AI or prerecorded calls happen only if you tick the consent box on a form, and you can reply STOP at any time. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
