This notice explains what Home Hunter Houston collects, why, and your rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act.

What we collect

• What you give us: your name, email, phone, home address (for a home value), and messages.
• How you use the site: pages and homes you view, searches you save and homes you favorite, linked to a first-party cookie on your browser.
• Consent records: the exact wording you agreed to, when, and from which page, so we can prove we only contact you as you allowed.

How we use it

• To answer your questions, send the alerts you ask for, and match you with a local agent.
• To show you relevant homes and, if you don’t opt out, relevant ads on other sites.
• We do not sell your personal data.

Your rights

You can ask us to confirm what we hold, give you a copy, correct it, or delete it, and you can opt out of targeted advertising and profiling. Email the email address in the footer. We respond within 45 days. If we decline, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and contact the Texas Attorney General if you disagree with the outcome.
